Payment information is generally processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Nurture Engine does not need to store your complete payment card information.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide to Nurture Engine has been collected and may be used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and consent requirements.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, or mobile opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile information may be shared with service providers when necessary to deliver requested messaging services, operate our platform, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
